Nonstop Shedding Lint!
After using for for 10 months, I have finally decided to donate the eight towels I purchased due to the endless excessive amount of shedding lint. I did wash the towels 8 times before using them in an effort to reduce the amount of lint, which did not help. They are really nice towels due to how thick and soft they are but, again, the excess amount of lint they shed is too much for me. Based on my experience with these towels, I definitely would not recommend purchasing.

I purchased these towels in February 2025 and by June 2025, they were already discolored. Despite following the care instructions instructions and washing only a few times, the towels developed light colored spots that I cannot remove. I contacted macys customer service and they refused to return or replace as my 30 day return window had expired. These towels are far too expensive to last just 3 months. And lack of action taken by macys to rectify the issue disincents me from ever shopping at macys again in the future; buying from macys is now a risky decision unless you're ok wasting your money.

I bought the bath towel and hand towels. They are thick but not very soft. Also the border at one end is wide and I end up drying myself on one side with the border. Perhaps the bath sheets would be better because of being longer. Also don’t find them very absorbent. I don’t use fabric softener so that is not the issue. All in all they seem good quality and the fact that they are organic is a plus. I would still buy organic but maybe search out another brand. Maybe they will get softer with more washings?….
