Another disappointing unboxing from Delsey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy when I opened the wrapping paper and saw "Delsey Angora Shoulder Bag" printed on the box because it would go to with the Angora Beauty Case and Carry-On that I already have. Boy was I disappointed. The bag arrived in a box that was not much bigger and noticeably damaged. When I opened it, there was no protective packing, just a worn-looking bag. I pretended to be excited because my husband was so proud of himself but I am let down by the bag's condition. It has creases and almost looks pre-used. This was slightly more sad than the Beauty Case, which arrived scuffed. What's going on, Delsey? I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Unraveling straps

Unraveling straps after only a couple of light use. I really liked the look, but now stuck with a bag that is ugly and I have to fix on my own or cut unraveling strings and look ugly. Waste of money, it hurts.
