Stylist but Low Volume

The headset LOOKS great but produces a very low volume even with the speaker volume turned all the way to 100. My work requires me to speak to and assist clients all day so being able to hear their needs is very important. Yet I was straining to hear their voices. Tried the computer volume without the headset and that was way louder so I had to return the headset.
