Honest review
Light, easy to clean, deep enough. Would prefer if the bottom was more conductive on induction. Use the wok about 3 times a week. No need to worry about non-slip surface peeling off or breaking down.

Fantastique !
Versatile (on top of stove, or place in the oven), easy to clean and all my meals are made with a wok that makes healthy meals ! I am on waiting list for the lid that fits this wok.

Beautiful and functional
Great wok. Looks nice, great for light and heavy-duty cooking, cleans up easily. Wish they also would make a smaller version (that is still deep) for deep frying so that I can use less oil.

Requires some cook skill with it
This is a great piece first of all. The only reason I’m giving it a three star is to make people aware that this pot is not for everyone, especially if you tend to do a lot of stir fries like me. First off, according to the instructions, you got to make sure oil touches everywhere before you start the fire, or otherwise vegetables or meat will become sticky to the side of the pan. Also, like what’s being said in Zwillings ads, the only reason you got food sticky to a pan is you don’t have good control of the fire, and this is true. I’ve been practicing stir frying for a decade and I’m getting better at using stainless steel pan instead of a non-sticky pan. But for starter, I’m not sure whether this pan will be a helper or not, so just be a little mindful.

Amazed at the what I can produce in this pan!
This is wok, true, but I have also found it to be so much more. Firstly, I want a wok to take high heat; I expect to be able to get it smoking, smoking hot for a quick char on my vegetables, and this one does that. That also makes it excellent for deep frying; even the top gets hot because heat is conducted all the way up the sides. I also want a handle I can grasp and shake things up with; this handle stays cool and is comfortable to grasp. So if I am tossing pasta and sauce in this pan I have complete control. Finally, I want my pans to look good and hold up. Because of how its made, this pan is easy to clean (so side rivets to scrub around): the stainless steel can take a hit of Barkeeper's Friend powder and everything comes right up and the treatment on the exterior keeps it bright and shiny. This is a pan you'll have for a lifetime.
