Beware: colors are WAY different

I ordered the towels with the pink stripe, but the color is actually tomato soup red -- very different from what is shown online. Nice towels otherwise.

Paper Thin Sand Paper

Not nearly as thick as pictured. These towels are paper thin and feel like sand paper. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Poor quality, unable to get a replacement

I purchased these towels 4 months ago and they are very nice. However I called today to notify the hen on a bath towel came apart and it is now a raw fringe. Beware that the quality is not great. I called customer service and was informed I was out of luck because I exceeded 90 days. Poor policy Macys for a product that was put quality. I was only looking for a replacement!!!

registry item went wrong

not worth the cost. they are impossible to keep clean despite bleach. they discolor quickly and the thread is coming out. they lasted not even six months just enough time for me not to be able to return them. reached out to Macys and the manufacturer and no one was able to assist me or compensate me. the wash cloths are especially awful.

Worst towels I’ve ever had

Save yourself the aggravation and your money! These are the worst towels I’ve ever had. I have washed them at least 10 times, the fluff and lint and string that comes off of them while drying your body is insane. when washing them there is white lint (enough to make a small blanket) in the washer and dryer. so incredibly disappointed in Macys and in these towels. if I could return them I would. DON’T BUY!
