ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS !!

We ordered 4 of these bracelets on November 27th & I called Macy's customer service to specifically verify the shipping date & when I would receive them!!! The Macy's representative assured me that the seller is committed to delivering their products within 2 days!!! I waited 3 days & still received nothing!!! I called the seller Devata; the lady told me that they ship within 2 days & have no idea how long it will take to get them!!! Today is December 3rd & still no bracelets!!! I called USPS & got this strange message... "Currently, we are unable to provide tracking details. We cannot locate shipments if we have not received information from the shipper yet, or if the package information is older than 120 days..." So between Macy's, Devata & USPS; I have been chasing this order & have had no luck with getting straight answers!!! I ordered from Macys & I feel that it is Macys' responsibility to get the bracelets to my home as they committed to doing when I purchased them from them!!!!
