Extremely disappointed

I ordered this item on line and when it arrived, it was missing stones. Ordered a second time, and the cross is bent. I don't know if it is made poorly or is very delicate. I'll try again, but this time I'll get a service plan.

It's very pretty..the only thing i did not like was that it was too small and didnt realize till i bought it. it is very delicate also other than that it is nice
