Wrong item 2x

I'm very dissatisfied with Macy's. I'm still waiting for them to send me the correct item. I have gotten the same thing 2x and they still haven't fixed it. I call and they just said I have to wait 3-5 business days for my card to be refunded in order to reorder and receive the item I paid for the first time and never got.

Promise ring, sterling silver

It is pretty but I did not like it on me, it does appear to be "real", I know it was not expensive but I was not happy with the look on my finger. It is Sterling Silver and not silver plated which is a good thing.

Stunning

Macy’s website does not give this ring justice. I would have pass on this ring based on stock Macy’s photo. I saw this ring in person and I fell in love with it. I went back a week later and bought it with Macy’s friends and family, the price was unbeatable. It’s gorgeous not over the top, classy, soft and elegant. Looks so real and expensive.
