Not shiny and constantly moves

I'm very disappointed because the necklace doesn't shine and it's constantly turning upside down or moving left or right. Since it is always turning, it looks dark as if it were not white gold with diamonds (since the sides and back are not shiny) - it looks like it was plated and lost the color and shine because it is always flipped. I feel embarrassed because this was my gift to my daughter for her graduation. My mistake was buying it so much earlier than her graduation, because I didn't have time to return it with the month I had to do so. Again, with any slight movement, the necklace moves. The center portion with the diamonds is never truly centered because of this, either being upside down like an arch or on one side of her neck. This wasn't worth the money, and I don't recommend it.

Macys customer service

Unfortunately I never receive my order, and I cannot tell how disappointed on customer service Macys horrible not being good and they don’t want to refund my money back , if I am a chance I will put it -10 not even one star!!

Just what I was looking for. Beautiful tennis necklace that has great sparkle, fantastic price. Also important to me was the closure- it’s good but easy for someone with finger issues to use.
