A Loss SMH

Received the earring. They are beautiful and what I wanted BUT the earring backs are horrible. Called CS and they were NO help asked to speak to a Supervisor and they would not come on the phones just confirmed through the agent what they had said was correct and all that could be done. Went to the store and they were Worse. The agent wanted me to buy New Backs ? For an expensive pair of earrings that I purchased and should have been correct ?? They did not have any earring backs so now I am at a loss. Never again buy jewelry at a Department Store. Go to the Jewelry Store.
