Diamonds are a girls best friend!

The earrings are beautiful!! Love them The clerk at Northgate Mall, in Terra Linda CA , where I purchased them was wonderful!

Flimsy lock mechanism

A beautiful simple hoop I can wear everyday. The original pair was returned due to a flimsy lock mechanism. The second pair arrived, it snaps to close and feels more secure than first one but still unsnaps with a slight tug to open without pulling down the lock that supposedly locks it.

Non Returnable Junk Earrings

Got these for my wife for Christmas. Never took the price tag off or even got them out of the box because claps was stuck. Called customer service and asked for an exchange. I was hung up on twice and eventually told by a supervisor I was out of luck because it was past the 30 day time period. Common sense would tell anyone this was a special circumstance due to the fact they were brand new and stuck in the box with the price tag still attached. All I wanted was an exchange for a a exact same pair of earrings that worked. I never asked for a refund. Total rip off and waste of money! Do not shop at Macys!

Great BUT massive design flaw

Lovely design BUT the catches come “undone” very easily so worried about losing them. I believe others have said the same. Unfortunately will probably return them because of this. Such a shame as I imagine its an easy fix.

Clasp loose-but beautiful earrings

The clasp gets loose and my earring fell out. I lost one of them and I got so sad. This is common with this earring as I saw in the reviews. I would love to get a replacement as I love these earrings and they look really good.
