bad quality

I received my bracelet but it was very dull and turning black behind the clasp. I am returning this item as I am very disappointed.

Ripped off by Macys

I ordered this item and it never arrived, along with another bracelet. I’ve called Macy’s many times to inquire its whereabouts and a replacement. Now they are saying it was delivered and will not replace nor refund. This is unheard of. I’ve be paid for items and gave none to show for the money I paid out. Isn’t there insurance for this sort of thing!? This can’t be legal!

Disappointed, faulty item delivered

What a disappointment, there is a diamond missing on the clasp. The returns instructions in the package didn’t work, email & web address provided for returns information. I now have the returns labels but find that the refund I am to expect is less than the amount I paid, I am paying for the inconvenience!

Gold tone is not brilliant

I purchased the gold tone originally but returned it because the gold color looked closer to a bronze. I returned it for the silver which I like better.

A wow bracelet.

A wow bracelet. large and in charge sparkle. I have not worn it a lot but I have not had any issue with the claps. It does snap closed. I am not easy with jewelry so if I have issues in the future I will update my review. I also purchased this on sale and it is worth a sale price. I dont know if it is worth the full list price though...

why, worst purchase ever

I wore it like 5 times and the mesh links just popped right in the middle and it's unfixable
