Empty Package, No Ring, and No Accountability
The box was empty. I didn’t even receive my ring. I wish I could be reviewing a beautiful ring right now—but instead, I’m sharing one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I ordered this ring with so much excitement, only to receive an empty box. No ring, just packaging. I immediately reached out, provided proof, and hoped it would be handled with care and integrity. Instead, I was met with silence, refusal, and no resolution. I didn’t just lose the money—I lost trust. What hurts even more is being asked now to review a ring I never received. I truly wanted to love this purchase. I wanted to wear it, cherish it, and even share where I got it from. But I was left with nothing—literally. I still hope the company will choose to make this right. Not just for me, but for the integrity of their brand and for other customers who deserve better.

Stones are falling
I bought the ring on December 2024 is a nice ring but the stones are falling off plus I bought this online and bring it to the store and tell me I don’t have warranty… This is frustrating now I have to pay from my own packet… very disappointed.. please be careful when you bought jewelry online because you can be stock with something because you can’t buy a warranty unless you bought at the store.. disappointed
Cheap Quality Ring
Ring is cheap looking, diamonds look dull and ring arrived with a diamond missing. Really disappointed.

really dull looking ring
Ring was shipped 1/16/25 and I was deceived by the photos. Really unclear ring not sparkle on the middle rows. Definitely disappointing to see.
