Disappointed With the 18 “ length. Suppose to 20”

My Necklace mirror Box Chain is Listed as 20 “ 14 K White Gold . It measures 18 “” instead. I bought it for the length Now What .?? Plus it’s a very Expensive item. I trusted Macys with this order mailed to my House. It wasn’t in the Store. I needed a 20 inch as Written. I’m Stuck. mirror box
