Poor Quality

I purchased this ring a few months ago and it is beautiful. Unfortunately, however, the quality is very poor. After wearing it about a month the top portion fell completely off and one of the diamonds as well. I had it repaired, as thankfully I heard the top portion fall off and was able to save it. Since then (less than a month later) two more diamonds have fallen off.
