Disappointing

I bought this beautiful bracelet as a gift to myself. Eight days after it arrived, I was standing in my office talking when my coworker noticed my bracelet on the floor. It was an actual break from one of the links, not the lock. Of course, I returned it. Unfortunately, I made a payment on the bracelet and they would only give me a credit on my Macys account. Very disappointed.
