Not in Enchanted Disney Box

Did not arrive in its original box, nor did it come with a certificate of authenticity. Attempted to resolve this issue, was informed the boxes and certificates would be shipped, and that I would receive an email with shipping information for the boxes/certificates. I never did, so I called back the next day and a supervisor informs me that's not possible, reads the description of the item and tells me that she can only give me a gift card. I never once mentioned how I felt, and provided her facts. The level of customer service for fine jewelry is disappointing.
