Tennis Bracelet

The price was phenomenal and shipping was super fast. I had to replace it because the safety clasp wasn't working. I went to the Macy's at Cumberland Mall and they took care of me right away with no issue whatsoever.

Bought on Friday broke on Monday.

Bought my girlfriend the tennis bracelet for her birthday. Thought I was getting a great gift for her but the quality of the bracelet is seriously questionable. The bracelet broke while doing everyday activities… it’s pretty ridiculous. I would really hope Macy’s would either fix or replace the bracelet seeing as many other people have the same problem. I do not recommend unless Macy’s helps fix it.
