Damaged Goods

It was pain staking to deal broken metchandise right out of the box. To add insult to injury, the representative did understand English and everything had to be repeated more than 5 times. I returned this item and purchased another bracelet elsewhere! A number less than zereo would be appreciate for the enormous waste of time involved with both purchase and return proceedings!

Poor Quality

Macys is using their theory with TJMaxx ….. lower quality, less employers with Macys unbearable over priced products!! Their crappy 10k bracelet is only worth about $85 reg price & only wear it at night so people won’t catch have the diamonds really look at. Shame on Macys & go ahead & close ur poor quality stores!!

Turned yellow after one week

Devastated to have bought this dreadful piece of jewellery. Bought in LA and wore it one week diamonds turned yellow. Contacted Macy's and told I had to go back to store in LA. I live in Europe, it was bought as a gift so unfortunately no receipt as it was replacing exact same one purchased a few years ago that I had lost. How to have to go to LA again to fix situation is not an option. I would avoid buying any diamond jewellery in Macy's. Now it's in its box. Couldn't wear again as it's so cheap looking.

A lot of yellow in diamonds, all diamonds look different, bad clarity, no uniformity, returning.
