Macys and their Customer Service screwed up!!!

They know what they did - and calling them was a huge waste of my time!!! I have learned a lesson - GO STRAIGHT TO THE MANUFACTURE. Same price and better experience and the OEM didn't screw up.

Never recieved

I had asked you to hold this for me. I never received it nor did I receive the one that you guys say you returned there was nothing returned. I asked them to hold it for me. If they didn’t then they really screwed up. I didn’t get to be fine. I didn’t want a refund. I wonder what I ordered. You guys just couldn’t get it right just like the order. I’m placing right now eligible for free delivery, but there’s no way to get free delivery. You need to redesign your website. I don’t think you know what you’re doing. - The product is a five star rating. What you do with it is not.
