Itwm Not recieved

I have not recieved this order...I recieved boots on 12/11 which i returned..but I had ordered 2 of these Tornado labs for xmas gifts...they have not been delivered

Will never order from Macy's again!

I never received my package, I called on the day it was to be delivered because UPS did not have custody of it. I was then told it would be delivered the following week and still no package. I called Macy's CS and said i wanted a refund as the gift was for a birthday and it was too late. Still haven't gotten the refund, now thinking I will need to dispute this with my credit card.
