Not in Enchanted Disney Box

Did not arrive in its original box, nor did it come with a certificate of authenticity. Attempted to resolve this issue, was informed the boxes and certificates would be shipped, and that I would receive an email with shipping information for the boxes/certificates. I never did, so I called back the next day and a supervisor informs me that's not possible, reads the description of the item and tells me that she can only give me a gift card. I never once mentioned how I felt, and provided her facts. The level of customer service for fine jewelry is disappointing. Also this review was for the evil queen necklace, but for some reason the link takes me to the Ursula one.
