Broke Macys Box with Glue Particles

This necklace arrived in a broken macys box with the glue particles loose. The cardboard was sitting on top of the diamond necklace as soon as I opened the jewlery box. The shipping box was not damaged. I attempted to get assistance with this and was the supervisor was beyond rude.
