Didn't work off of charger,

Box didn't work off of the charger. I got a code to replace the box but it's out of stock and not sure when it will be back, I wish I would have just gotten a refund, we don't want another box but this one,

Does not work Unless on Charger

We got this Tonie so that we could take it on our family vacation for our daughter. We did not get to use it much as it only worked on the charger which we could not do in the car. Even now it is not something we use around the house very much since it weneeds to be plugged in to work. I thought that it may be just this certain one that does this but found out from others that their Mickey Tonie works without the charger all the time. Slightly disappointed as this is the second box we have gotten, as the first didn’t work at all. Still sounds great when working and my daughter likes it.

Arriving late, no explanation, missed my sons birthday.

The tonie is Arriving late (no idea when), no update provided, and will be too late for my son’s birthday. Tobias promised it would arrive in time. Very disappointed.

Battery does not work

Unfortunately, our Tonie does not work unless it is on the charger. Hoping Tonie can create boxes with a better battery in the future, as I love the screen free alternative.
