Disappointed

Ordered 11/30 called Macys 01/05/25 package on line said on the way--seems a little too long. i was told a refund was being issued. Today 01/26 i called again no refund. all of a sudden the lost package was supposedly delivered on 12/03. weeks VERY FISHY-Iam out the package and the money and Macys claims not their problem speak with the seller. ??????/ lost a lot of faith in both Macys and
