dkny purse

Ordered DKNY purse on March 1, 2025. Never shipped. Oder status is "Label Created". Macy's charged me for the item on March 5, 2025. Now I have to wait ten days for a refund for an item that was NEVER SENT. How unethical is that? I have to pay interest on that charge/order which just WRONG. HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMEROUS TIMES BUT THEY DON'T CARE. Just using my money for 10 days. -10 rating.
