Poor Quality

Poor quality, wore once, major cracking on sides of shoes, plan to return. I have owned a few pairs of Docker dress shoes and they all held up well, not the case with this pair.

Leather comfort!

It’s the only work shoes my husband would wear! Always have an extra on hand. It’s true leather and he said it’s very very comfortable walking shoes and it comes in wide width which gives it more comfort.

Horrible service

So this isn't about the shoe because I never received them, it's about Macy's horrible service. I ordered the shoe's on 10-06-24 and had them shipped to the store for pickup. So fast forward to 11-13-24 I get a notification that the shoe's have been refunded. Throughout the entire time after I placed the order I would check to get updates and it would say in transit to store. So I call customer service and the store and no one can explain why I never received a notification as when my shoe's were ready for pickup. All they tell me is I would have reorder the shoe's and try again. F that!! won't be shopping with Macy's again.
