Love them (but run a tiny small). Otherwise great in every way! I kept them and wear with thin socks! Recommend!!

Pretty, but VERY uncomfortable.

Very pretty but not comfortable. Does not stay on your feet. The heels come off the shoes all the time.

Never received shoes

I am very upset with the process due to me ordering for express mailing but I never received my shoes. When looked back in my order to see what was taking so long for delivery, I see that I was sent the wrong color as I ordered the denim but was supposedly sent the natural color! In between all of this I made a phone call to Macy's (spoke with someone from over seas whom I don't feel that they know anything about customer service) about the delivery time of my order was promi the return of my payment for express- never received that back plus was promised a $25 credit sent via email for my inconvenience in which I never received... This is not like Macy's! They need to switch their customer service back to US because they're new CSR's lack the understanding and are barely able to speak English. I have not received my shoes and on the phone with an over seas CSR for 30+ minutes to explain what an American would have easily understood and taken care of 🤬
