Defective Item

I was really excited when I bought these heels for my mom - she said they looked nice and felt comfortable when she tried them on in store. Unfortunately, after wearing them only TWICE, she noticed serious issues. The heel on one shoe started to come loose and on the other the “top piece” completely broke showing the inner metal part of the heel making them unsafe to wear. For a pair of heels that were worn so briefly, this is absolutely unacceptable. I spent good money expecting a durable, high quality product, and instead, I’ve ended up with a defective pair that I can’t even wear anymore. Very disappointed with both the product and the overall value. Definitely will carefully reconsider when shopping and come across this brand again, especially when looking for a gift.

Amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing quality!!! These are so classy, I wore them to a dinner party and the compliments I recieved was insane. They didnt scratch at all and I never got one bit uncomfortable.

Uncomfortable

I’m accustomed to high end shoes and figured the price and brand would mean quality. It does NOT. This shoe is not at all durable and I needed to take it off within an hour of waking around at work. Will be returning.

Not durable at all

I recently bought this DK sling back shoes and wore it just once and the heel is tiling back and about to fall off. I’m only 149lbs and I don’t walk in heels. Just between standing, sitting, and walking to the car and the heel is already gone in just one wear. Almost all my outfits are from Donna Karan, this is my first time purchasing their shoes. I guess that was a bad idea because I cannot wear this again.

painful beauty

It js really elegant shoes with gold sole and chain, unfortunately very less padding for comfort. Narrow shoes with no giving.
