Pretty dress, bad workmanship/quality control

Returned and ordered second dress because the top stitching around the neck was done badly, obviously flawed. Second dress had a part of the top stitching around the slit in a snarled mess that was impossible to fix w/o ripping out and redoing. Paying full price for substandard workmanship is infuriating. Pic is after I pulled and snipped some threads.
