Missing Half of Order - NO Resolution nor Refund!!

I ordered TWO bottles on July 2, 2024 and received only ONE!! I've already contacted Macy's Twice and Double Wood twice with NO resolution. I Want a Refund for the missing bottle. Macys customer rep blames Double Wood, and DW blames Macys for the error - and Still NO resolution. I've never had a problem with Macy's orders before Until this 3rd Party one. I'll Never order from DW or any 3rd party at Macy's again. I will never shop at Macy's again Unless they send a refund to me, period.
