Great machine!
It’s definitely much better than the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde PH03, which I replaced a few months ago with this PH04 model. It works wonderfully!

Oscillator stopped working after 2 weeks!
I bought this machine early April, after 2 weeks, the oscillator stopped working, I called customer care and was hung up. Then I got busy and called last week again, the lady tried troubleshooting and couldn’t fix it. And advised me to send in for repair. I don’t understand for a brand new machine need a repair? I would like a replacement for a brand new one not a refurbished one, but I don’t know who can I speak to.

Doesn’t work.
Unfortunately this machine has not worked since we got it a month ago. It seems to work as an air cleaner, but no humidification. They saw it needs a replacement pump, but none available since we got it. This is the 3rd we have received, the first also would not humidify. The second was a lesser model and worked for a while, then was replaced by this the correct model. So now we wait.

Works great! The app is my only issue. When I try the app for the Dyson Purifier or the Vacuum it takes up too much bandwidth and slows the network down.

Overlook machine that makes a difference
Had the unit for about a month and I can say it makes a major difference in my home environment. The air feels cleaner and my skin feels better. My dogs coat and skin has improved as well with him suffering from dry skin. Odors and dust have been reduced. The unit is relatively quite most the time until it kicks on to full power, but it is not excessivly loud. I've seen reviews about it making unusual noises. which I have heard from time to time, yet haven't had anything excessive. I believe the macine is just relatively complex, so if a seal or such is not set right, or not maintained as directed it would be the culprit. I will be buying additional units to cover the entire house in the future.

Oscillator is a manufacturer flaw.
The machine works great however we had lots of trouble with the oscillator.
