Brilliant purchase

I bought this a month ago , suction is great . I thought my carpets needs a change as their color changed but after using this hoover they look brand new. The hair boy is brilliant so it don’t get stuck in head like it used to with my previous hoover .

Powerful vacuum!

Love the vacuum, however, the trigger handle is hard to hold when being 5’ and small wrist, it hurts pushing the machine. It’s very powerful and picks everything up though.

Best yet

This is the 10th dyson I have bought and is the best yet. Heavier than my previous stick v8 but almost socks the carpet off the floor. The hair removing feature is perfect. Very happy with my purchase.

It is my second Dyson, after my last one died I bought the same model as I have some attachments which are compatible that can still be used with the new one. I am happy with the performance and battery life. The suction is very good and it is easy to empty and clean.

Terrible experience thus far

Canister broke first time being emptied and the warranty team has been very difficult to work with. Still don’t have the replacement parts and communication has been very slow to non existent. Very disappointed.
