Fatal flaw

These flats arrived quickly, looked good, nice quality and fit well. Just what I had been looking for. However they came off at the heel with every step so they only fit the bill when I am standing still. They are going back. Bummer.

Wrong item sent and used.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my mom’s birthday in beige color, they sent me a white shoes used! Really disappointed!!!
