Orthotic Support ZERO but it Looks great

NOT AS DESCRIBED--Description of this shoe, ...SUPERIOR ARCH SUPPORT and cushioned heel. It's a beautiful shoe, if you don't need orthotic or significant arch support. I was excited to get these shoes and SOOOO DISAPPOINTED to find the insert is as flat as a $2.00 flipflop. There is no, none, ZERO arch support. Very disappointed. I bought 11 pairs of Easy Spirit that claimed to have orthotic or arch support. Most of them had some kind of arch support, none of which I'd consider "superior". Two of them had almost no arch support. Two others had barely any arch support and these Delores have none! Of 13 pairs, most of them will require an orthotic insert. More than half of them will require additional heel cushion (wraps around the back of the heel) to keep the shoes from falling off when I walk, in addition to the the orthotic support. Some of the shoes may not be too snug for a proper orthotic. Most of them will be returned. Tomorrow, I'm going to my orthotic shop and see what arch su

Disappointed

I really wanted and needed these to replace my Merrills . They were too big, slipping off of my heel and very hard and stiff. I love Easy Spirit shoes, just not these.

Cute, real leather shoe but has issues…

Loved the style, navy color (which is hard to find in most styles) and that it was real leather with a padded heel in the back. Very disappointed when I received them and they not only did not fit but were not sewn well and edges were not finished. Bought my usual size but they were so wide and sloppy that they would not stay on my feet. They gapped on the side and even with the padded heel, slipped up and down so that you couldn’t walk in them. The top edge which is supposed to be smooth and well finished, was rough and had raw edges which not only were poor quality workmanship and and looked bad but you knew in a short time would start coming apart. Needless to say I returned them.
