Run too wide

I have bought these shoes in a different color and they fit really well. I have tried twice in ordering this particular color in my normal size and they are much too wide and too big. Sadly, will be returning.

Easy Spirit Womens Travel Time Slip-On Walking Mu

I only gave 4 because I believe they have wrong width, it feels more like 7M rather than 7Narrow which is what I ordered, doesn't fit as snug as other pairs I have like this, so am deciding whether to return or make work with a thicker sock. It is very disappointing as I do like the color, style, & quality. I have very narrow foot and am unable to wear this style in Medium, I walk out of them.
