spongy bottom

These are the cutest shoes. However, when I put them on and walked around my house, I noticed they feel strange. It almost feels like the bottom is spongy. When I was walking it felt like the middle of the shoe was sinking toward the floor and the heel was going backwards. I’ve never had a shoe do that before. It felt very uncomfortable. feeling disappointed, I really like how they look but will have to return them :(
