Not What I Ordered, Customer Service a Shambles

This watch looks okay but is not what i ordered. It has a black face & I ordered the multicolored sunray face. Planned to return & reorder, but customer service thru chat has told me something different every time I talk to them. First they supposedly arranged to reorder the watch & upgrade to expedited shipping at no charge so i would receive on time. Instructions were to give the return watch to UPS when they delivered the replacement watch. The watch never came. Contacted customer service again, and they said they could reorder if I wanted to pay for another watch. After much confusion as to what happened with everything, i finally received after several days an email from Macys statIng they would not reorder or issue a refund. (It cannot be returned to a Macys store because it comes from a third party, so Macys doesn't even really know what it's selling. Watch out for that, consumers, when you are buying from them online.) Will wait to see if the person for whom it is intended wants to keep it. If not I will try returning it. Who knows if I will get a refund. Oh, and don't trust the chat box you check that says it will send you a copy of the chat because it doesn't. Luckily I copied the last two chats myself after not receiving the first one. Not only that, the agents I spoke with could never access the previous chat to review the record of what happened. A total mess. That was my last online order from you Macys!
