Terrible Customer Service

It’s been nine days since I placed my order and it has not even processed yet. No luck getting an update on the status of the order or a refund via chat or phone customer service. They have my money, won’t ship my package, won’t give me a refund.

Lovely Comforter - great value

This is a very cozy comforter. I purchased the all-season, and it's definitely more than warm enough. I'm a bit of a hot sleeper, and I've been very comfortable with this since it arrived. Definitely worth the cost, and fits my king-size Purple mattress really well (which the king-size comforter I bought originally from another company did not.)

Premium beauty sleep

The cotton fabric provides extra comfort. It feels great and it is great quality. I highly recommend this down alternative all-season comforter as it is cozy and perfect for a restful, beauty sleep, which we all need. It definitely makes you look forward to bedtime.
