Sent with no packaging

I bought this item and it was sent from the seller with no box or packaging. Just in a plastic ziplock bag and a cheap cloth grey bag. Usually they come in a nice standard black box/package. Every time I've ordered these products from Macy's from this particular seller something like this happens. Either it's broken, the wrong item or something is missing. You would think after all this time they would get their act together. Now I have to waste more of my personal time trying to fix their mistake.

Not What Expected from Effy and This Price

Effy earrings are extremely light weight, no card or tag that states Effy product, earrings were placed in a plastic bag in a soft envelope that was crumbled. Not much of a wow factor for this price, small gem and the earring border is tiny and not very noticeable.
