Biggest Effy Disapppointment EVER

I own several Effy jewelry items, and have never wanted to return any of them... until today. This "wavy" pendant appears in the stock photos as much more substantial, more 3-D than it is in person. It isn't completely flat, but may as well be. The color of gold isn't very pretty either. The diamonds are quite sparkly, albiet TINY. Effy, please don't lower your standards. This is an epic fail.
