Awful quality

Truly disappointed with this purchase. I have several Effy pieces and this is the worst. Not pictured as shown. Stone quality sub par. Chain is extremely weak, it broke after a few times wearing in two weeks.

Pretty but shoddy material.

Lovely necklace. The chain broke when my daughter put it on, first time. I exchanged it and hope this does not happen again. Effy, I am surprised at the cheap chain!

Very nice!!

This heart is lovely. It was given as a gift and the recipient loved it. It is a nice size, not too big, and the diamonds all around the heart are very pretty. I am very happy with this purchase.
