Damaged Item and Unhelpful Customer Service

One of the necklaces from this order has unexpectedly snapped and broken, indicating a possible defect or damage present at the time of delivery, as metal chains of this nature should not break under normal circumstances. I reached out to your customer service team for assistance, hoping for a favorable resolution, such as a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the customer service standards I expected from Macy's. When I requested help, I was told that no assistance could be provided. Further, I was transferred to a supervisor, Angela (Employee #91198766), who stated that she lacked the authority to help and also refused to escalate the matter to someone who could assist.

Effy - Great find - Very unique

This was a gift for my husband. He loves it, the pictures don't do it justice as the pendant has subtle breaks in color its just a beautiful piece.
