don't waist your money

I bought this ring in June. I wore the ring to work (I am a secretary) and by the end of my shift I noticed the stone was gone. the ring is past return date so I have a worthless ring ready for the trash.

Quality Control/Warranty

I love the look of the ring, I am usually in an office setting and rotate between 5 or 6 rings, I purchased this ring in December and the center stone fell out mid June one evening, disappeared into oblivion (its black). After reading the reviews, I see other people have had the same misfortune. Quality issue?

Beautiful ring. Customer service not so much

Very nice ring. Issue is with macys. I tried to get the ring resized because it was too big. I was discouraged, first I was told or would cost over a hundred and twenty dollars. I was fine with that, then it would take 8 to 10 weeks. When I said I wanted to return it, they said you took the tags off so no returns. The ring arrived the day I went to the store, and I had the tag. Don't buy the ring if you buy sure it fits your finger.

middle stone keeps popping off

middle onyx stone has popped off twice now. was not doing anything just at dinner... lucky I saw it fall off both times. Macy and Effy were both kind of hard to work with on this problem. low quality

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

My bf bought this ring online. it arrived on time but we noticed that the stone was set crooked in the ring. It is glued in instead of using bevels to hold the stone in. sent it back and the second one was just as bad he went back to Macy’s and returned the 2nd ring for a 3rd ring . It looked ok until the stone completely fell out. 3xs replaced! went back to Macy’s and replaced this cheaply made ring with another completely different ring. it looks great but it’s poorly made!!

Main stone fell out within a few months

The ring is absolutely stunning in person. My problem with it is that the main stone with the diamond fell out within a few months. I'm just hoping the warranty I paid for covers the replacement of the stones.
