Bait and switch

Bait and switch. Item in poor condition, dirty, and not in Effy packaging, with none of the Effy warranty paperwork. Box identifies the earrings as "R. H. Macy Co", and not Effy. Metal looks like some type of alloy. Customer service refuses to speak with me, since I have been asking the the item pictured, and not what was sent.

Dull and Small

Very Small earrings! Not for me! The earrings were very dull and hard to get into the ear because of the curved post.
