damaged

The box came crushed and the lampshade is destroyed. Kinda useless now

Smaller than anticipated.

I haven’t opened both lamps yet because I’m not ready to use them BUT…from what I have opened, the base looks a lot smaller than expected and a lot smaller than displayed. The same applies to the shade. The quality looks good.

Exactly as pictured in the Ad

Color as expected. Size was right for the space. Everything works correctly including the cell phone charger in the base (great idea)

Missing part

Although I love this lamp, I had it replaced it because it came without the "lift" device that raises the shade above the base. I already contacted Lamps Plus who understood and replaced it - with another lamp that has the same problem.

This lamp is more taupe than grey

The lamps were exactly what I wanted EXCEPT, when the grey I ordered showed up, I discovered it is more taupe than grey. It's way too brown to fit with the predominant grey of the room.
