The product description is FAKE NEWS!

The new (smaller) carry-on size for many airlines is 22 x 14 x 9 and this product description says "Exterior dimensions carry-on 21" x 14" x 9" " - so perfect, right? Well the suitcase arrived today and the factory tag clearly says 23 INCHES which makes it unuseable. Macy's also says "Weight 2.7lbs" but in fact it is 4.2 Kg which is 9.5 POUNDS - three and a half times heavier! I'm 71 with a bad back and was excited to find a small light-weight case, but I've ended up with one of the heaviest carry-on bags made - plus it's the wrong size. It seems we cannot believe any description on the MACY'S website, so caveat emptor!

So good that I bought two!

Love this suitcase! It looks so executive and fancy! It’s like carrying a briefcase with millions in it. People are so caution with handling it , because it looks really expensive. So many people stare at it. It glides and runs so smoothly too! This is top notch! I got the gold titanium one!

Overall happy with the carry-on's features. Only concern centers around the locks. Seem weak and wear and tear will diminish effectiveness of locks.

Poor Quality- I Don’t Recommend this Luggage

Don’t waste your money buying this piece of garbage. You will regret it. I took this luggage to Europe for three weeks , one of the wheels broke and I had to use this the entire time with missing wheel. The return policy does not favor the customer , 30 days and extended warranty one month does not guarantee how much quality the luggage . According to the Macy’s representative I missed the return policy 30days , well i did not travel within those 30days so i didn’t use the luggage . Now I am stuck with this piece of garbage that I can’t even use. Macy’s please do better !
