Terrible customer service

The saleswoman was indifferent towards me; the original saleswoman who approached me stated she couldn’t help me after I stated I wanted an Elizabeth Arden product I use Blue Grass deodorant. The one I brought to the store stopped dispensing deodorant and it had plenty left in the container. The saleswoman stated, I can’t do anything to help you; do you want to purchase another one, which I did. I then showed her the Macys return sticker on the bottom and she asked for the receipt which I didn’t have. She further stated to come back when the Elizabeth Arden rep was there Terrible customer service

Reminds me of a warm spring day.

I have used Blue Grass most of my Adult life.I'm n ow 77. I love the Light, flowery scent which always reminds me of spring.My daughter also uses it.Pity it isn't on sale here in Germany. We get it via Internet.

Buy this it smells lovely and works!

It smells lovely and I only need to use it once in 24 hours - unlike drugstore brands. I'm 67 and have had a bad odor problem for decades (under one arm). This works please trust me!

Deodorant Issue

I am a senior I have used this deodorant since I was 14 the last few I have purchased always spit out the deodorant when I try to use I have tried not turning it back down & leaving it upside down nothing prevents it from spitting it out when I use it the next time hopefully you can correct this issue

Yes!!! I’ve been getting spit on by this applicator for this last 2-3 years as well!! Please fix it!! I have also used this product since I was 14 years old. I’m 71 now!
