Cheap

Cheap filler pillows. Not worth the price. Nothing like the ones I purchased at a Home Goods store. Can't believe these were Ella Jayne.

Fantastic Pillows!

I’ve been using the Signature Plush Allergy Resistant Down-Like Fiber Pillow (Medium) for a couple of weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier. These pillows strike the perfect balance between softness and support. They provide just the right loft for side and back sleepers like me without feeling too firm or too flat. I highly recommend them!

incorrect size sent twice

I was excited to receive this because I like their pillows. I just reorder this for the second time, and received the incorrect size(again).

Mediocre

I wasn’t a huge fan of how soft these pillows were. They’re comfortable but don’t provide as much support as expected from item description. I love this brand, however!

Very disappointed

I ordered 2 twin xl mattress pads with regular sized pillows. When the package arrived I received 2 queen sized mattress pads and king pillows. Contacted customer service and was told they would fix the issue and resend my order with 2 twin xl mattress pads. 2nd order shows up and it’s 2 queen mattress pads. Can’t say how they are as now I’m having to drive to Macy’s to return both incorrect orders. I know I can mail them back, but want someone in person to see the incorrect orders as the packaging isn’t very clear as to what is in the plastic bag.

Sleeps great!

The pillows sleep great. The are plush but still supportive. I would recommend. I am a side and back sleeper.

Super Soft and Cozy

I'm so glad I purchased this set!!! First of all, the packaging was top notch!!! It was packed in 2 separate sets of plastic to avoid a bug transporting into your new pillows. The Pillows arrived rolled and requires a quick fluffing, within minutes, the pillows were ready for use. Throughout the night, they remain cool and comforting. Considering buying some more as they do just as advertised!
