Order Repeatedly a Fail!

It's not the product it's the service! I ordered two only to received one because out-of-stock. So instead of having two queen pillows I'm stuck with one. Keep getting notices that I left something in my cart featuring the same item but when I go to check out it's unavailable. Have been receiving multiple notices of the item in my cart but all fail to be available. As a loyal and regular customer I do not appreciate being treated this way. Macy's needs to get with the program.

I absolutely love this pillow! Having previously purchased the "soft" pillow for stomach sleepers, I decided to purchase the side/back sleeper pillow as well. Super Shopper

I was so excited to get these pillows, but unfortunately, I was Uber disappointed when they were delivered and I opened the packages. These pillows are not even close to being firm!!! I like the manufacturer. I have several blankets and I was expecting the pillows to be as advertised. Sadly, not the case.
